Commission Program:

For eligible clients, Saratoga offers CSA/Soft-dollar programs. CSA/Soft-dollar credits can be used to pay for services that comply with Section 28(e) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Research:

Qualifying managers will have access to Saratoga’s in-house proprietary research. Managers will also have access to a suite of third-party and independent research providers.

Capital Introduction:

For many managers, performance alone may not always be enough to attract assets. Saratoga will advise clients on presentation and governance needs to court institutional investors. Saratoga also maintains an extensive database of investors, seeders and third-party marketing groups and endeavors to refer clients to their appropriate target audience.
